Day 00

Lahore to Islamabad

4-5 Hours Drive

We’ll pick up our guests in Lahore at 2:00 AM and begin our journey to Islamabad. After a smooth drive, we’ll take a quick 30-minute break at Bhera Rest Area to stretch and refresh. With everything on schedule, we’ll arrive in Islamabad by 7:00 AM, right on time to start the day.

Day 01

Islamabad to Chilas

11-12 Hour drive

We will pick up our guests in Islamabad and begin our scenic journey towards Chilas along the legendary Karakoram Highway (KKH). Along the way, we’ll enjoy short refreshing stops at Besham and Summer Nala. We aim to reach Chilas by nightfall and check into our hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 02

Chilas to Hunza

4-5 Hour drive

After a hearty breakfast, we’ll continue our adventure for about 4–5 hours along the breathtaking Karakoram Highway, marveling at its engineering wonders and enjoying stunning sightseeing along the mighty Indus River. On the way, we’ll be treated to magnificent views of Nanga Parbat, the three great mountain ranges, and a spectacular stop at the Rakaposhi Viewpoint. We’ll arrive in Hunza by midday and take some time to explore the charming Karimabad Bazaar.

Day 3

Upper Hunza Excursion

2-3 Hour drive

After breakfast at 8:00 am, we’ll depart for Upper Hunza. We’ll visit stunning Passu Valley, enjoy photos at Passu Viewpoint, and take a short walking tour of Passu Village. Next, head to Hussaini Bridge for 1–2 hours of adventure (optional zipline or walk across the famous bridge). Then, back to Attabad Lake for optional boating on its turquoise waters, before returning to the hotel for the night.

Day 04

Hunza Excursion to Gilgit City

2-3 Hour drive

After breakfast, we’ll visit the historic Altit Fort, an ancient gem in Altit town, Hunza. Following the excursion, we’ll explore the majestic Baltit Fort (founded in the 8th century CE) and enjoy free time strolling through the lively Karimabad Bazaar until 2–3 pm. Then, we’ll begin our journey towards Gilgit, arriving by 5–6 pm to check in and spend a relaxing night.

Day 5

Gilgit to Besham

9-10 Hour drive

After a leisurely breakfast, we’ll begin our journey back towards Besham City. Along the way, we’ll enjoy short refreshing stops at Chilas and Summer Nala. We’ll reach Besham by evening and check into our hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 06

Besham to Islamabad to Lahore

10-11 Hour drive

On our final day, we’ll bid a fond farewell to the breathtaking northern areas of Pakistan and begin our journey towards Islamabad via Mansehra. We’ll reach Islamabad by 2 pm to drop off our guests of Islamabad.

From there, we’ll continue towards Lahore, enjoying a 30-min refreshment stop at the Kullar Kahar rest area, before arriving in Lahore by evening—marking the perfect end to this tremendous tour.

Is solo traveler allowed and is there a single supplement available?

This tour is specially organized for couples and families. Solo travelers are not allowed on this tour. However, if any person from the family needs a single supplement we can provide it and it will be charged accordingly.

What kind of rooms will be provided for this tour?

When booking you are guaranteed accommodation at a friendly hotel or guesthouse. All hotels are already mentioned in the Itinerary section. All of the hotels we have partnered up with are of the same standards(2 stars) and offer nice rooms. The standard room is a twin room but it is possible to request a double room, with no extra charge. The rooms come with private bathrooms.

Are meals included on the tour?

Breakfast is included at the hotel/guesthouse during the tour. Dinner with 2 dishes with Raita, Salad, Roti & Cold drinks is Included.

What is the luggage allowance for this tour?

For the tour, each participant is allowed to bring a small backpack and 1 piece of luggage weighing a maximum of 20 kg (44 lbs). If you have more or heavier luggage with you, you will need to book storage for the surplus luggage before you arrive, there is a small fee for using this facility.
